Old Website (Spring 2025)
Redesign Proposal
Delivered to client with several pages of suggested direction and analysis. Client provided 2-3 sites for inspiration and I responded with a presented direction, using their inspiration to drive my sourced materials and meet their needs with specific examples.
Client sourced inspiration:
- Large, environment related image
- Prominent logo and brand elements
- Easy navigation
My sourced inspiration:
- Large image with more specific colors/subject
- Prominent logo with high contrast for visibility
- Easy layers of navigation
Home Page Redesign
The previous home page had little direction and was flooded with information. The new homepage focuses on specific user action, directing users to schedule a call with the client as their priority action.
Before redesign, the homepage also lacked concise description of services. Now, the homepage highlights the top 3 client services as well as the client’s podcast, and directs users to learn more on subsequent pages.
Services and Engagement
New pages include a specific services page and a page for engagement. The client wants to highlight not just their available services, but also potential for education and connection with industry experts.
About and Contact
The about page now highlights the client’s experience and will in the future outline other associates. The contact page is where most action is directed, letting users register for a 30-minute discovery call.
Results
The first revision of the site has seen an increase in 57% more visitors in the first 90 days of being published.
Further
To be added are blogs, photos, and a more revised copy that will help the client’s engagement with their own clientele.
