RED Promotional Video: Producer and Editor
Red (Animated Series):
Producer, Director, Editor
RED is an upcoming animated series created by the production team at IMM. In pre-production since 2022, RED aims to be a wholesome animated series for kids in different languages and cultures by communicating through familiar storytelling. While fundraising for a future 3D animated series, RED will meet the need many broadcasters have expressed for kids’ programming for their channels.
In 2024, I was the director and producer of the voice recording for RED and oversaw the audio editing and animation production in 2024-2025.
How was I involved?
I was the producer of the children’s programs (RED and the upcoming 3D series). I headed initial research in 2022 and 2023, field study, surveys, focus groups, and networking to narrow down our project focus and scope. I proposed the timeline for Fall 2023 - Spring 2025, stacking fundraising with the 2D and 3D projects to address short term need and long term requests.
With RED, I reviewed scripts with our writer, illustrated storyboards for the scripts, managed voice casting, directed the animation and animating in 2D as well.
